Mokah Art Gallery, an extension of Life in Deep Ellum, serves to promote culture and art in Deep Ellum and surrounding communities. At the Cultural Center, Mokah Art Gallery exhibitions feature contemporary art of local artists from the experimental, the emerging, and the established.

At Mokah Coffee Bar we are passionate about two things: good coffee and people sharing what they love through music, art, and conversation. Lounge Shows regularly occur on Thursday and Friday nights. Hours: 7 AM - 7 PM (Monday - Friday) and frequent night events (see Events).

The faith community comes together every Sunday at The Gathering - a time of corporate worship and teaching. The service begins at 11 AM in the venue at the cultural center. Come early to get some great coffee and free breakfast. Parents can check their children in the Deep Ellum Kids area starting at 10:45.

Deep Ellum Kids exists to see urban children living with Jesus.  We are passionate about seeing children thrive in their five primary areas of need; spiritual, family, educational, social and emotional.  Ultimately we know one of the greatest tools in a child’s life is relationships with adults who can model life for them and strive to ensure this is available for all kids.

During the week, the faith community meets in each others' homes. These Life Groups are designed to create a greater sense of community and growth. The goal is to connect in such a way that no one is ever without a group of friends with whom to celebrate, mourn, encourage, or just hang out.

Life in Deep Ellum is not only committed to the community of Deep Ellum, but also to having a global awareness and involving ourselves in what is happening outside of Dallas. We are currently involved with organizations both state-side and overseas including Berkeley, India, Spain, Kenya, Tanzania, the Philippines, and the Himalayas.

Super Yoga Palace is a studio that promotes the spiritual and physical practice of yoga on the mat, with the hope that you will take the spiritual and physical practice of yoga into your life.

Love Heals Counseling exists to help people find healing and meaning in life through Christian counseling services. Love Heals has offices located in Deep Ellum and Waxahachie, Texas, but also provides counseling services via phone and internet.

Muscle Memory Dance Theatre's mission is to support the work of North Texas dance artists who develop the human experience by connecting every day experiences to perspectives that ask the audience their values, morality or perceptions. M2DT supports emerging artists by organizing public performances of their danceworks.

Lindsey Joy Photography is a husband+wife photo team specializing in weddings. Our approach to photography is fun and relaxed, and we have a blast doing what we love! The Deep Ellum Community Association is a volunteer community group representing anyone who lives in Deep Ellum, works or owns a business in Deep Ellum, owns property in Deep Ellum, or just loves Deep Ellum.
